Hello & Welcome to The Step Forward!

I've spent most of my career working as a recruiter in both in-house & agency settings. I’ve worked at some of the largest & most high growth companies including Meta, Pinterest, & HP. Throughout my career, I’ve had the unique experience to hire across nearly all industries and career levels. This experience has given me key insights on how companies hire and also what it takes to navigate meaningful career growth and development.

Throughout my career I’ve made many pivots. Before starting my career in talent acquisition, I worked in technology sales for many years and also spent time working in education. I’ve experienced many career highs like being a top performer, landing my dream job, and earning multiple promotions, but I’ve also experienced the lows. I’ve been laid off, and I’ve had to navigate many tough organizational changes. I know what it feels like to feel lost and unfulfilled in your career. Along the way, I’ve made plenty of mistakes. But one thing I’ve learned is that failure is never final, and it’s never too late to start again or step into the career of your dreams!
